My Bio

I'm in university to improve my writing and (hopefully) settle a career on it. I write fan fiction as a hobby, simply to practice and have some fun. It's just a casual way to fuel my brain. The real talent is on my own fiction, based upon the characters in my head.

Many things inspire me, including music, other books and movies, my relationships with other people, and of course the world around me. Canada has a very good feel for nature, which is perfect because much of my writing is centred around animals, geography, and magic. Pretty cliche, I know, but give me a chance because I am not boasting when I say I have some degree of skill. I am by no means excellent, but every day I strive to get there. In the meantime, I am at the mercy of you deviants.

Please, do not be afraid to criticize my work. In fact, I will thank you for it. Every watch and favourite means a great deal to me, but I can't improve unless you all assert your opinions. It could simply be a comment on my grammar, voice, flow, or even your most hated character. Every comment is a jewel, and I make sure to respond quickly.

I realized I haven't written a journal entry in months...I figured I should fix that! I finished my first year of university, meaning I have a hell of a lot more time to focus on writing. I'm back and dedicated on Awakening and hope to finish it before September (I mean it this time). I also have a few ideas on the table that will hopefully be addressed in the coming weeks, so keep an eye out for those! Thanks to all of you who have shown support so far. Every comment and favourite and watch always bring a smile to my face, and I value the rest of you Deviants for making that happen. Time to get to work!

Slow Progress

Well this is one of the few moments I actually get to sit down and contribute to my stories. I've survived my first month of university and it can only get better from here. Unfortunately, the extreme workload, constant socializing, and larger responsibilities keep on piling up, meaning I won't be writing all that much anytime soon. New Titles, Old Book

Hey y'all! Loving this whole one day premium membership thing. But the main reason I'm writing a journal entry concerns my warriors fan fiction, The Great Generation.        I am in the midst of completing the final chapters of Awakening (I renamed it from Fates Design) and I am currently editing my older chapters.
